Unistart Returns Policy

We really hope that you’re totally satisfied with whatever you buy from us. We appreciate that items may occasionally need to be returned or exchanged.

To return any items, simply email us with details of what you are returning and why. If the item is faulty, please tell us the problem you experienced.  Please then post the package to the address below, or bring the parcel into us.

Returning Items

If you change your mind about an item you’ve purchased from us, or are not satisfied with it, you can return it. However, it must be returned in a resalable condition, with original packaging included.

In the event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item please let us know as soon as possible. We will replace it as quickly as possible.

Please inform us of any returns request within seven working days of delivery. 

Refunds

We can only issue a refund after the goods have been returned to us. We can process refunds far more quickly and efficiently if we also receive an email from you. If you write a note to include with your return or if you have emailed, please print off a copy and be sure to include it in your package.

We aim to process all refunds within 48 hours of receiving returned items, as long as they are undamaged and in a saleable condition. All refunds will be made via your original payment method.

Warranty

Every item has up to 12 months warranty. In the unlikely event that an item becomes faulty during that period, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Returning Items by Post

We will refund any postage charges where the return has been due to an error on our part. Otherwise, you will need to meet the cost of postage, unless otherwise agreed by us. Please note, we can accept no responsibility for the loss or damage of goods during transit. Please ensure that you arrange appropriate insurance cover where possible.
